About Generation Successor

Well, a little bit heavy if made a title like that well, but sebenernya gw sih anxiety just wanted to share aja, any chance baru2 Matthew was writing about education, and the coincidence of new gw aja boyfriend nevertheless apply for a teacher in a public school for reasons certain.

In essence this is hell, what makes the generation of a more advanced nations? It was clear the answer is an advanced education. Then, what makes education could be called progress? If the learners have good access to education is good also, right? For that, does not mean the end of the spear in preparing future generations a nation are the teachers?

Gw times smaller than before, the term "next generation" is something that gw gak bener2 understand, cliche, and seemed only decorative phrases in text books while in school. Gw own but now more open his eyes when he saw how our generation is more or less have a sense of belonging to their own homeland. The simplest example: most people dispose of litter, whereas air always know that Jakarta floods almost every year. It shows very, very clear that prepare future generations a nation really did not do well, or is not able to walk with a thorough in all places where there are public schools (maybe we can exclude private schools for this discussion).

Now, a glimpse of the term next generation, now let's continue the discussion of our educators we often refer to as "unsung heroes" of this. As the spearhead of the next generation of increasingly improving, need teachers who not only can open the faucet of information to participants in their students, but more than that (ideally) should be able to inspire this generation to have a desire to progress, the desire

to change things themselves , her family, as well as the surrounding circumstances. We can see examples of stories that raised in the film and the book Laskar Pelangi, that the presence of only one teacher can change the future of a region. Especially if the teachers like that in every region outside the big cities?

The problem is not all civil servants have the ability or willingness of qualified enough to be a teacher like that ideal. Not all capable of the task so well that deserves to be called "hero" though. Gw himself had experienced learning in some subjects in a good school, but teachers can not make a transfer of knowledge to walk. A simple example: Very few teachers who could make history lesson topics of interest to us so that we may be interested to know the history of his own nation, much less all the music lessons that teachers can make his class was not boring and not get stuck on mere theories. Maybe we can further restrict the discussion of issues of curriculum that is constantly changing, the price of books that are not so affordable and so on, so we can focus first on the topic of this teacher. A good teacher can make students more participants wanted to know about what they teach. May not have all the students in the class can be inspired, but at least a percentage of the knowledge that he had spread in the fields of science will flourish one day when the teachers take on the role and vocation with high dedication.
Why is that? Why not much of a tough teacher like that? Is this simple: people who are experts in their field and capable and worthy of being a teacher is not interested in becoming a teacher? But if it were, is when the education budget is increased by the government, then the future generation will be saved from ignorance? Once again, we assume the education budget does not have siphoned off at each level of government to narrow the topic of our discussion. Is simply the core issue in the amount of salary that can feed the teachers who have dedicated this?

If it is, another question arises. We know the public schools excellent, there were few public schools that are either coincidence of students from families of very capable. By knowing that we can only conclude that there is a gap between the schools that are not winning and winning, although the same public schools, not private. So is there a salary difference between teachers in schools that are not superior to seed? Are the teachers at school is better than winning is not winning? Why should such a distinction? Why do not all become superior? Is the quality of schools is not that bad seed? If anything is bad for such schools?

Then there was one thing that was curious gw. If indeed the situation in many areas less support for children of school age to study at school, why not open all the courses are more practical for them? I do not know, gw just never heard of a course that was opened by the country, almost all private property. Gw does not mean that we can not expect much in private, but the presence of government is to support the welfare of society is not it? Acceptance increased taxes today, especially after the implementation of policies Drowning Sun (yes, that's means in Indonesian?), Means more opportunity for the government to evenly welfare, is not it? Well, such courses would be more attractive to parents who are generally shallow thinking, "why should the school when you can find the money for the family?". Then through the courses that the values of life can be taught, not in theory of course, but once again through the role of these teachers.

Well, the more gw writing, gw increasingly aware that it was all a beautiful utopia, but that does not mean can not be realized. Gw realized that most easily be realized is that we try to change through our own existence. Gw gw do it through music. Not that the music was suddenly right to make changes happen, but through music, gw aware that we have the ability to influence the lives of others who heard him, to inspire and encourage them. After that's through our direct interaction with others, we can further give effect to them, can be good or bad influence. Well, the questions will not stop, even there may not be answered easily. But one thing we need to save: The more we ask, should we also increasingly seek to advance although we do not find an answer, but we continue forward.
